THE STUDENT DOCTOR

I feel extremely lucky to have been able to get to know another family so well and to have had the responsibility and enjoyment of looking after their three wonderful children. Looking after these children contributed to my decision to pursue medicine as a post graduate, and also to my dream of perhaps becoming a paediatrician one day. Luckily for me I still have four years of medicine to study, giving me more holidays in which I can look after these great kids!

The working mum

We found a 21-year-old law student to be our nanny and Girl Friday last summer – she proved to be brilliant. She was intelligent, resourceful and great fun to have around. She now comes back to help out every holiday time and we all look forward to having her around.

The student Nanny

Being a Student Nanny works perfectly for me as it allows me to work hours that don’t affect my studies, or social life. It’s also very enjoyable as art is my passion and I can teach kids fun art and craft activities.’
