Rainbow Cakes

Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Serves: Makes 12 cakes

You will need:
• 110g butter
• 110g caster sugar
• 110g self raising flour
• 2 large eggs
• (plus red, blue and green food colouring)

What to do:
1. Heat the oven to 180c
2. Use an electric whisk to mix the butter and sugar till fluffy
3. Mix in one egg at a time
4. Add the flour
5. Separate into three bowls and add food colouring
6. Bake for 15 minutes

Add fluffy buttercream and fizzy rainbows to finish and ta da, twelve delicious rainbow cupcakes for you to enjoy!
