Moon Cupcakes

Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Serves: Makes 12 cakes

You will need:
• 170g butter
• 170g caster sugar
• 170g self raising flour
• 3 medium eggs (beaten)
• 50g cocoa powder
• A pinch of baking powder
To decorate:
• White royal icing
• Glitter

What to do:
1. Heat the oven to 180c
2. Tip all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
3. Mix together with an electric whisk until light and smooth
4. Bake for approx. 15 minutes
5. While baking, cut some moon shapes (wonky circles) out of icing, to fit the cake cases
6. Leave the cakes to cool, before placing the icing on top of the cakes
7. For the finishing touches, throw glitter EVERYWHERE
